Takes an input number between 0.0 and 1.0 and triggers one of its bool outputs.

Example #1

Bool Range Example 1.png

Bool Range can switch between multiple outputs by using the Trigger input.

If the node has three output boolean pins (named 'Bool 1', 'Bool 2', and 'Bool 3'), 'Number' will default to 0.0 so 'Bool 1' will be true and 'Bool 2' and 'Bool 3' will be false.

Triggering the 'Trigger' will result in 'Bool 2' being true, and 'Bool 1' and 'Bool 3' will both be false

Triggering the 'Trigger' again will result in 'Bool 3' being true, and 'Bool 1' and 'Bool 2' will both be false

Finally, triggering the 'Trigger' will result in 'Bool 1' being true, and 'Bool 2' and 'Bool 3' will both be false

Example #2

Bool Range Example 2.png

If the node has four output boolean pins (named 'Bool 1', 'Bool 2', 'Bool 3', 'Bool 4'), setting 'Number' between 0.0 and 0.25 will result in 'Bool 1' being true and all the other pins being false.

If 'Number' is then set between 0.25 and 0.50, 'Bool 2' will be true all the others false

If 'Number' is then set between 0.50 and 0.75, 'Bool 3' will be true all the others false

If 'Number' is then set between 0.75 and 1.00, 'Bool 4' will be true all the others false

Inputs

  • Number (Float) - value between 0.0 and 1.0
  • Trigger (Trigger) - selects the next bool

Outputs

Supports any number of boolean pins.
